Ultrabeast Qinlin Warrior & Dragon Force Red

So instead of buying S.H.Figuarts of Akiba Yellow & Blue, I decided to get something from Bhiner instead. I got 7 figures out of this, so I decided to do 2 at a time for 4 of them. Lets get started!

Ultrabeast Force                                

At first I thought it was a sequel to the abysmal GodBeast Megazord. But its luckily not, It actually gives me more Voltron flashbacks then anything else. And I don't mean the awesome original one. I mean the 3d crapfest that aired when I was young. But this is one of those rare Chinese shows where I can see clips off and see that's its not a complete shit pile. I could enjoy this show if subs where provided. The designs are decent, Maybe that's because they stole a few hints from the Gransazer's designs for the suits and henshin devices. But I can forgive that. The villain looks good. Then again he's just there to die. So I can't really say much about him. But the heroes aren't that horrible. My favourite so far is the FenYin Warrior. She's so feisty xD But sadly they did not make figures of all the heroes. Just the main 3 and the Rio knock-off of the show. And the Yellow one got a vehicle release. So no Yin Warrior for me.... Any way instead I went for the Red theme. So here's the red warrior:

Or rather the box which is the 2nd best surviving one in the haul. Its also the one which gives me the feeling that it at least has some quality to it.

The figure itself looks awesome. As I mentioned before it borrows allot from Gransazer. Especially the weird helmet with all the spikes and stuff lol. Sadly one thing it has in common with all the the figures from China. It missing ALLOT of paint. I seriously want to get started with Gundam markers so this can look like it should.

It doesn't come with weapons sadly. As they apparently stick to martial-arts in the show. It does look like and okay selection.... Then again they all boil down to about 8 to 9 martial-arts poses that can be mirrored as you have 2 of each.

Articulation-wise its so damn awesome. Because its from Auldey it follows the same articulation designs as the fake Jochaku henshin figure I just posted. Only its head isn't stuck due to the armor. so that's a +.

Its also because the diecast armor-piece isn't in the way, the chest piece can be turned better, to a point of it being bit to loose. It not a bad thing but it does get annoying when wanting to let him stand straight. Going down he has another way of turning by having a swivel that connects his stomach to its thighs. Sadly for some reasons its some kind of ratchet allow only like 5 positions one 2 of which make it look natural...

Going down even more, I just noticed it got those cool S.H.Figuarts hips that can be used to broaden the leg poses. If only the feet where more articulate. They are on ball joints but the sideways movements are almost non-existent. Though it can do a high kick and keep its balance so its not that bad

Overall a decent figure and better then most non-Japanese figures that can be found here. Its articulations is close to that of S.H.Figuarts and improves on the Diecast Armor Hero Figure. If only it had some weapons. then it would have been a 10/10. And again I cannot stress this enough. I want a figure of her!

Dragon Force                                       

Dragon Force looks good too. But this is one of those trailers where you don't know ANYTHING about what the hell they are supposed to be fighting. As far as the extended trailer could tell is that they are more spies then anything else. I think this show has to much going for it. So they are not only skilled spies. But also a Hikonin Sentai, who can summon vehicles at will, and do a ''Man and Machine, 'Power Extreme'' Routine which those vehicles. And worse yet. They can use those core-thingies they use to transform with to Transform in to full-on Cybertonians who can combine in to an even bigger bot. And I wasn't kidding about the Cybertronians part. The Red bot you can see here doesn't look familiar at first. But with the toy you can turn the antennas up and its Optimus Prime. I am dead serious, They ripped off Optimus lol. Going with the theme of Red's I decided to get the Red leader of this team too:

This box got the blunt of all the damage. I had to fix it with allot of tape. And even then I cannot fix that dent lol

If you look at the box art you can see WHY this need paint. All the impact of this figure is dimmed down by having to much red. And it would look so damn awesome with that little bit of silver its missing

This thing got screwed in the articulation part. He has no should joints, at least his only go up and down. Neither does it have a stomach joint. So from the top he's pretty much as stiff as a twig. But his legs though look to be on par as the last figure. He has outward going leg joints which are a a bit stiff if you want him to kick or sit. His knee joints though. Man they are awesome and annoying as the same time. They are on ball joints on both sides. So you can do some awesome poses but sometimes you can displace its knee when one doesn't notice it. Like I did in the first photo lol. His feet are just brilliant. Unpainted and brilliant.

 He comes with a gun and a weapon that looks nothing like it does on the box and that he cannot hold for some reason. The red thing can go. Worthless.

The gun is just as worthless as some smart ass-hole forgot to make a trigger finger on the hand. So he cannot hold it like he should. Making it you guessed it: pointless to add...

Last I want to note is that he is the smallest Red I got to date! He's even smaller then Sazer Tarious! xD

Man she can kick ass!

Birthday Presents 2012

After putting it off to long here's the blog for my B-day presents
Books And Manga                                   

First of all are my Rosario + Vampire season II volumes 7 to 9 which I bought in one go. I've been loving this series since the start. I do hate the anime, But the manga is awesome. I hope to buy them all. And I am glad that I can pre-order without any trouble on ABC.nl. I can't wait till October for Volume 10!

 I got this book form my aunt and her boyfriend. At €48 this AWESOME thing was so expensive!! And worse is I used this stain glass shell thingie to weigh it down in order to make photo's. But I FORGOT THE LEAD!!. So now we need to go to the art store and get a really really really really soft eraser to get the marks off without actually damaging the awesome nostalgic art! *face palm*

 I got this along with the 3 Rosario+Vampire books. Its pretty cool to see Superman acting like a jack-ass. Its like the opposite of what people thought the original Superman was. One gripe though is that due to the publication error back in 37 the beginning of the first adventure is quite a few pages in the back. I knew this, but I forgot to start there any way lol

And lastly my sister Pauline got me a cook book. It will be fun to try stuff out but sadly the kitchen is a mess and I should first was some dishes.

Harvest Moon                              

From the money I got I got a bunch of games which are WAY to expensive here in Holland. Both of these where just about 21 shipped instead of 40... fuck you Dutch game stores! I have pirated the both of them and I enjoyed them. So I am glad that I am actually able to buy them now.

Another game that I have pirated was Frantic Farming. I love this game and I just checked I still haven't deleted it yet. So the fact that this thing is still in Britain till its paid off (paypal is trolling) or so doesn't bother me that much :)

 I've been wanting to get this game for a while now. And I did play it through the PSP store. but I wanted the actual copy so here we are. Just 1 problem though. The ass-hat who sold me this put up the complete version the next day. And that one included the Jewel Case and instruction book. Now I don't need directions with this game. But I do prefer having a jewel case to put the damn thing in. Worst is the dude pm'd me a day later with an apology and if I wanted the box. I told him yes and asked him to send me the e-mail so I can pay the extra costs. The bastard never pm'd me back. WHY ASK IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FOLLOW UP ON IT!?! Don't buy anything from PowerUpVideoGames. A-holes
Other Games                 

 I also bought a Japanese copy of Pokemon Green. But for some reason it hasn't arrived yet. Which is weird since its from France. It shouldn't take more then a week. I hope everything is all right. And If it does get here I'll own all of the 4 gen 1 games.

 And the last game I got is Pokemon Platinum. Now I just need Pokemon Diamond to own all gen 4 games.
I haven't even started playing yet lol.
Dvd's                                               
These aren't really presents in the normal sense. the shop owner kept Dragon Ball separate for my birthday and gave Ultramaniacs for half price. I still paid for them. He just ensured I got them.

This aperently supposed to be part 1 of the Chinese Dragon Ball Dragon Box. But strangely all the copyrights to Toei have been removed from the descriptions. Combined with the fact that the first dvd won't allow my to flash through the openings and endings without constantly going back to the first episode gives the idea that this is a bootleg. Even though its quality seems pretty great.

As for Ultramaniacs. Same quality. but for some reason everything is still in Kanji. Even though the descriptions clearly state that its an dvd set made for Hong Kong audiences and has English subs (not as bad as Toku HK subs). I really like that I found this because I used to watch this stuff subbed back in 2004. and I never really finished it. Maybe because it wasn't Shonen or Sailor Moon or whatever. Any way now I can finish this! I just hope its not that bad.... If it is I'll send it to Cinwicked xD
And Also...                                                                  

For some reason this thing hasn't arrived yet either. I hope it does soon. Because I kinda regret getting it. Not because its not awesome, But because I did find it here eventually and it was just €10, €3.57 less then I paid.

Lastly I got a DX Shinken Red Key from Sayo in Japan. Way cheaper then I'd normally pay for it. And she also got me a Dragon Ranger Key too for the same price. Hopefully she shipped it yesterday. Be sure to visit her Ebay profile for toku stuff.


I got allot this year, And I don't need more lol. I just hope those last 3 things arrive soon :)

My Bdaman

A long time ago I got Rekuso and Bakuso for free. But they where incomplete. Thankfully I found another Rekuso this year. And I decided to combine the three.

I tried to make a Bakurekuso. But differently. because was missing the actual parts needed for that from

Its also missing the parts missing in the back to keep it stable. But seeing as how its just a display piece I don't really mind it THAT much lol

Its also missing the arm gaurds. Which would have made it look awesome.

And as I said the tunnel is missing, But I did use the spring parts from Rekuso to make it stand out more.

That's about it. I do hope to buy a complete one someday. Maybe from the newer shows. Those look awesome :)

Picture Blog: Power Rangers Magazines And More!!

Due to Kuma's recent Ranger madness on the forums I decided to upload something I'm pretty sure no one owns any more. When I was like 6 I often went along with my mom to the tobacco store and since begging for even more candy was out of the question, I turned my attention to magazines. And being a big Power Rangers fan I collected quite some Dutch Power Rangers magazines. These where still being produced in Dutch format for Holland but this was the 3rd and final season and for some reason they did not continue under the title of Power Rangers Zeo. So these might as well be the final volumes released in my country. What is a shame though is that it pretty much in unreadable to you people so its all just pretty and nostalgic pictures for you guys XD

I could not save them all because my mom threw away most of them and I wasn't exactly careful with them to begin with. Still I think they survived pretty well these past 14 years ^^  The last one features Saban's Masked Rider the raped version of Kamen Rider Black RX and an add for the shit fest that is the show with illustrations drawn by the master himself. (which is the only thing that saves it)

What I have next is something I was addicted to Sticker albums, Man I was nuts for this stuff you had big stickers sold in 10 packs for fl.1- and 1 sticker wrapped around a piece of gum for fl. 0.05,- and accompanying these where both big and small sticker books. I threw away most of those but I kept this one and my Digimon album too (though i never had the chance to fill it.) If you know French you might understand something on these photo's XD

Also something I wanted to show is my Battle of the Planets sticker album. Something which I found at a 2nd hand shop. Its basically an recap of the entire show but to bad for you guys this 1980's Sticker Album is in Dutch too. lol Some of the stickers are lose due to the glue being that old. I think that I lost a few since I last got it.

Next up is something that is of some use to you guys, I got this at a retro game store and the owner of the store told me how rare these are I immediately bought it. Its a official annual book also for season 3 of Power Rangers. And this one is an U.K release so you guys can actually read it XD
